This is a direct channel intended for senior management to elaborate on their management philosophies and company policies. Employees are encouraged to voice their opinions and thoughts through the blog so that the management can provide prompt, real-time responses. The ALi Blog is designed to be an open platform of communication that will close the gap between the company’s management and employees.
