‧Employee satisfaction survey
ALi conducts employee satisfaction surveys yearly. Apart from assessing employee participation and involvement, the survey gives management a deeper understanding of employees’ thoughts.
 
‧Supervisor conference
This is the channel that allows the most direct interaction between employees and supervisors at ALi; it is designed to strengthen the cohesiveness of the company.

‧Employee feedback channels
The Company has established a number of employee feedback channels such as the Employee Care Network, Employee Opinion Mailbox and others that allow management to hear their voices and respond. These channels ensure that employees can receive the most direct response to their queries.

‧ALi Blog
This is a direct channel intended for senior management to elaborate on their management philosophies and company policies. Employees are encouraged to voice their opinions and thoughts through the blog so that the management can provide prompt, real-time responses. The ALi Blog is designed to be an open platform of communication that will close the gap between the company’s management and employees.
