Since the acquisition by MediaTek Inc. in the second half of 2004, ALi Corporation has undergone the first “revolution” of product focus and organizational downsizing under the leadership of PH. In 2005, the transition proved to be successful and helped the company to consolidate its products and established a solid foundation for development. Thanks to the leadership of CL and hard work from the management, ALi’s management and its primary product line have become more mature. This is especially apparent if you look at the company’s finances; ALi’s cash equivalent ratio has soared to a record-breaking scale.
However, in the face of industrial restructuring and rapid changes caused by the financial crisis that ravaged the world, it is only natural to expect a drastic change that will reshape the territory of the global electronic market. As such, ALi should seize this opportunity to commence its second revolution rather than make gradual improvements. In the near future, ALi shall become a company of high performance and high profit while constantly innovating.
